Precision Testing Under Extreme ConditionsThis chamber is engineered to simulate a vast range of environmental scenarios, enabling industries to test components from 1 to 4 specimens simultaneously. It supports programmable testing durations from 1 minute up to 99 hours, pressure up to 10 MPa, and temperature ranges reaching 150C, making it suitable for demanding applications like leakage, seal life, and cycle testing.
Advanced Safety and Control FeaturesSafety is paramount with an emergency stop button, pressure relief valve, and automatic electrical and thermal overload protection. The systems PLC-based controller with a 7-inch HMI touch screen ensures intuitive operation, complete with data logging, remote monitoring, and over-limit auto-cut-off for worry-free, uninterrupted testing.
Customizable and User-Friendly DesignThe chamber accommodates up to four specimens with customizable fixtures and specimen sizes up to 150mm, plus a test width of 300mm and adjustable stroke. It features a high-density PU foam insulated body for temperature stability, and the viewing windows anti-fog glass allows clear observation of internal testing processes.
FAQs of High temperature And pressure water test chamber:
Q: How does the High Temperature and Pressure Water Test Chamber work?
A: This chamber simulates extreme temperature, pressure, and humidity conditions by housing test specimens in a stainless steel inner chamber. Programmable parameters allow users to set the test speed, temperature, pressure, and duration, with real-time control and monitoring via a digital LCD and 7-inch HMI touch screen.
Q: What types of tests can be performed using this chamber?
A: The main test applications include leakage testing, seal life assessment, and cycle testing for a wide range of components such as piping, fittings, and assemblies. The system is suitable for evaluating water resistance and material endurance under harsh environmental conditions.
Q: When is it appropriate to use this test chamber?
A: This equipment is ideal during product development and quality assurance phases, especially when components need to be certified for reliability under high/low temperature and pressure, or for evaluating durability before market release.
Q: Where can the data from test cycles be accessed or stored?
A: Test data is automatically logged and stored in the chambers internal memory, which supports up to 1000 test cycles. Users can conveniently export data via RS232 or USB interfaces for further analysis or documentation.
Q: What is the process for customizing test parameters and specimen fixtures?
A: Test parameters such as temperature, pressure, humidity, and cycle time can be programmed directly on the intuitive touch screen controller. Fixture configurations and specimen sizes are customizable at order, allowing for testing of up to four samples at once, with sizes up to 150mm.
Q: How does the chamber ensure operator safety during high-pressure testing?
A: Multiple safety features are integrated, including an emergency stop, pressure relief valve, and electrical/thermal overload protection. The door is double-sealed with a quick-lock, and the viewing window uses multi-layer tempered, anti-fog glass to enable safe observation during operation.
Q: What are the key benefits of using this test chamber?
A: The chamber ensures precise, reliable results for leakage and endurance tests while maximizing user safety and process efficiency. Its robust design, automation, and data management capabilities streamline both routine and specialized laboratory testing, supporting compliance and product innovation.
