Its cascade compressor-based cooling and high-density insulation guarantee consistent, uniform thermal profiles with minimal energy loss.
Intelligent Control and Data AccessibilityFeaturing a touchscreen programmable digital controller from a renowned international brand, the chamber enables users to set complex testing cycles and monitor results in real-time. RS232/USB interfaces provide flexible connectivity for data export and remote monitoring, suitable for modern, automated laboratories.
Essential Safety and Observation FeaturesFor safe and reliable operation, the chamber incorporates overheat, overcurrent, phase failure, and fuse protection. The toughened glass observation window and LED interior lighting allow unobstructed specimen viewing during test cycles without compromising environmental control.
FAQs of Heat Shock Testing Chamber:
Q: How does the heat shock testing chamber simulate rapid temperature changes?
A: The chamber creates rapid temperature shifts between hot and cold zones using a mechanical refrigeration system with a cascade compressor. This enables programmable thermal cycling with a response rate of 3C/min or higher, simulating real-world stress on components or materials.
Q: What materials are used in the construction of the inner and outer chambers?
A: The inner chamber is made of SUS 304 stainless steel for corrosion resistance and durability, while the outer chamber uses powder-coated steel for additional protection and robust appearance.
Q: Where can this heat shock testing chamber be used?
A: It is designed for laboratory, QA, and R&D environments across industries such as electronics, materials science, and product development, suitable for use by dealers, manufacturers, exporters, and testing professionals.
Q: When is this equipment beneficial for product testing?
A: The chamber is particularly valuable during product development and qualification phases when evaluating a products resilience and reliability against rapid temperature fluctuations, helping ensure performance under harsh conditions.
Q: How many specimens can be tested at one time, and what is the maximum specimen size?
A: The chamber accommodates adjustable specimen numbers, ranging from 1 to 30, each up to 250mm x 250mm in size. This versatility supports simultaneous testing of multiple samples or larger test objects.
Q: What user safety features are included in the chambers design?
A: To ensure operator and specimen safety, the chamber includes overheat, overcurrent, phase failure, and fuse protection. An observation window with LED lighting allows safe monitoring without interrupting the environmental conditions.
Q: What are the benefits of using the programmable digital controller?
A: The imported, touchscreen programmable controller allows users to customize test cycles, monitor real-time test progress, and export data for analysis, enhancing the accuracy, repeatability, and convenience of thermal shock and thermal cycling tests.
